1. Payment & Shipping
Here at atelier niklaus & laurentino, we pride ourselves on customer service and work hard to ensure a smooth online experience, using only trusted payment gateways & shipping services. Our website uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details upon transaction are protected. We accept direct PayPal account payments.
All pricing is in Swiss franc (CHF).
We deliver in Europe using Swiss Post. For delivery outside of Europe, please send us an email.
Orders will be hand packed with care and dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Swiss customers – For orders within Switzerland, please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery from receipt of dispatch.
Customers outside Switzerland – For International orders, please allow 10 to 15 working days for delivery from receipt of dispatch. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Check with your local customs office for more information.
All Swiss orders will be insured for a maximum of 1500.- CHF unless arrangements are made before your order is shipped, please email us for more details.
European orders are insured for a maximum of 1000.- CHF. If you would like another insurance added to the final order contact us before purchasing so we can arrange a quote for you.
If for some reason your package does not arrive within a reasonable or expected time frame, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to track it down.
If an item is damaged in transit please contact us by email as soon as you have received the item. We will email you a return authorisation number, return address, and instructions. The product needs to be returned and in our possession within 10 business days of the original receipt of package (30 days for international shipments). Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping of the returned item. Once received, we will evaluate the damage and look into a possible replacement or refund. Cash refunds are issued through PayPal, and only in the case of damages. Please note we do not cancel any orders once they’ve been placed.
Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us first. No refunds will be given for packages returned without prior communication.
If an item is in good condition and you received the item as ordered, but you’ve simply changed your mind, we won’t refund or exchange your order. We are happy to email extra photos or answer any of your concerns or questions before purchasing.
Posting photos on your blog to talk about our products is perfectly okay and very welcomed! Get in touch if you need extra or higher resolution photos, we’ll do our best to assist.
